Initial Conversation
A 30-minute call with one of our directors to learn more about you, your experience, and your career goals, and to answer your questions about us.
Technical Interview
A structured interview exploring your asset management knowledge, project experience, and approach to client work. Usually includes a short case study exercise.
Offer
If we are a good fit for each other, we will make you an offer. We aim to move quickly and keep the process straightforward.
