Samuel founded PEAM Consulting with a vision to bring rigorous, practical asset management expertise to organisations across the globe. With over 30 years of leadership experience in a highly regulated asset-intensive and major hazard industries, he has led major asset management transformation programmes across chemicals, energy, utilities, manufacturing and major infrastructure organisations. His area of expertise is in: Asset Management Strategy; Capital Portfolio Optimisation; Reliability Engineering and Asset Performance Optimisation; Digital asset Management and EAMS/CMMS; Infrastructure Resilience and Business Continuity. Samuel is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, and also holds IAM Diploma in Asset Management. Samuel advises boards and executive teams on asset strategy, lifecycle value optimisation and risk-based capital portfolio planning. He also designs and delivers PEAM's practitioner-led training for clients in the UK, Africa and the Middle East with his specialist consultants and partners.
